- This product is designed specifically for Kawasaki Z400 models manufactured between 2019 and 2023.
- Very easy installation using factory frame mounting points – does not require any cutting, drilling, or modification of the bike's stock fairings or parts.
Before you order
Will I have to trim my bodywork?
In most cases no - the cage goes around the stock plastics. Always compare your bike with the photos on this page, because a facelift year can share the frame and still have different panels, and then a bit of trimming is needed.
What about the exhaust?
The cage is designed around the standard exhaust visible in the photos. If you run aftermarket headers, expect a clash - our cages are built on bikes with factory headers.
Two up?
No problem, the cage leaves the passenger seat and pegs usable.
Warranty?
Two years. Parts that went through a crash are not covered - that is what the cage is there for.
How much does it add to the bike?
Roughly 5 kg for a small cage and 8 kg for a big one, all made of reinforced seamless tube.
What happens when the pads wear out?
You just swap them. The sliders are a wear part and one type fits every cage we make.
