Material Quality:
Each Crash Cage for 600RR PC40 is crafted from thick-walled seamless tubes. The quality of the material is confirmed by certificates, therefore our products do not have hidden defects. Production is carried out by 100% repeatable CNC bending of tubes and welding using the TIG and MIG methods. The welding process is based on WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), therefore all welding parameters are set according to approved settings. Our Crash Cages feature partially CNC-machined mounting points, crafted from solid steel round bars for exceptional strength and durability. Designed to endure, these cages are guaranteed to remain intact, with no broken welds at critical spots, throughout the motorcycle’s lifetime.
What cage colors do we offer?
To streamline our production and reduce wait times, we have cage only in black color. We are sure that the black color will perfectly match your bike and thanks to that we can ship the cage within 24 hours (you don't have to wait weeks for shipping - we have the cages in stock!)
Installation hardware
All necessary CBR600 RR hardware is included for easy installation. We choose bolts and nuts of class 8.8 or higher. And the tightening torques of the bolts are the same as in the motorcycle's instruction manual or according to publicly available tables on the Internet.
Durable sliders
Our sliders (crash pads) are engineered to withstand road impacts, offering superior durability through advanced CNC machining processes. On each of them you will find our logo DIXER PARTS - confirming the quality of the product. The sliders are replaceable and available in our store.
Raw finish options are available for riders who want to customize or coat parts themselves.
Comprehensive protection

For enhanced safety, we highly recommend adding our Dixer Parts Subcage. A combination of a crash cage and subcage offers the ultimate protection for your bike.
Subcage takes care of the rear of your bike and often prevents damage to the fairing and seat. Remember that every accident is different and our parts should protect the engine and frame of the bike.
