What breaks first on a Harley stunt build

The Harley frame was never drawn for this, so the order of work is different than on a sport bike.

Engine mount stabilizer kit - the rubber mounts let the engine move under load and the bike starts to wander. The stabilizer kit ties the engine to the frame and the Dyna suddenly steers where you point it. We make versions for 1994-2005 and 2006+.
Crash cage and engine guard - full crash bars for Dyna, Sportster XL 1200 and Softail M8, designed to let the bike lean on them and get picked back up.
Club style pegs with crash pads - somewhere to stand and something to scrape. Other shops sell a step plate; we build pegs with replaceable pads.
Handbrake brackets and caliper adapters - Brembo 100 mm, Nissin and Tokico 108 mm, Accossato, plus OEM adapters for a 14" (355 mm) rotor on a bagger.

Gearing: belt to chain

A stock belt will not survive stunt riding, and you cannot change the ratio on it. Our chain drive kits convert a Dyna or Sportster 883 / 1200 to chain with the ratio already picked - 21/50 up to 24/60 - and matching steel sprockets in 50, 52, 55 and 60 teeth.

Controls and cockpit

8" hole shot risers for 1" and 28.6 mm bars bring the bars up to standing height, and a stunt clutch lever on bearings takes the effort out of clutch-up wheelies.
